What is your return policy for rackets and sports equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that rackets cannot be returned if the plastic grip wrap has been removed or if the racket has been used for play.
How long does UK delivery typically take?
Standard delivery usually takes 2-3 working days. We also offer a Next Working Day service for orders placed before 2 PM Monday through Friday.
Do you offer a professional restringing service?
Yes, we provide a professional restringing service for tennis, squash, and badminton rackets. You can select your preferred string and tension directly on the product page before adding a racket to your cart.
Can I track my international order?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can monitor your shipment's progress to your destination.
